my rich sister goes there,buy anything she wants. must be nice. they had a blackberry juice that i really loved,but i look at the price and stopped drinking her juice. lol
sis isn't rich,but have eough money to live on. their house is on 3 acers n of Detroit mi.
their were offered 1 million for there house,that guy was going to knock down their 4 bedroom house,and start all new.
yes that home made yogurt sounds good.
i can't spell,but 75% of the seratione is made in the bowels,the thing that makes people happy

I have been eating Activia yogurt when I saw the commercial that said it helped the digestive system. I have never heard any claims that it helps with depression. I am surprised I have not compared the ingredients of different yogurts. I have been eating yogurt my whole life starting at a very young age. My mother learned how to make yogurt from her mother etc, etc. My mother never taught me how to make yogurt or much of anything else I can remember. My family has always made yogurt the Greek way. Part of the directions for making the yogurt was to put the ingredients in a while pillow case. Then it would be suspended over the sink so all the liquid would drip out. I know there are more technical words involved but I cannot remember what they are. I am sure if I looked on the Internet I could find a good recipe. I think it would be cool to start making yogurt the way my ancestors have. The final product is a big difference from the stuff you
buy at the store. There is some Greek yogurt they sell at Trader Joe's that I like. It is the same brand name of yogurt they sell in the Grocery stores in Athens. I like it but it is very expensive. That should be one of my New Years resolutions to start making home made yogurt. It is a very simple recipe as I recall and with the exception of maybe a thermometer there is no other things to buy.
