If you have the link for a product or doc that someone in the group has requested on the board it is permissible to post it but please do not post them unsolicited. You can also send the data to their personal E-mail if it seems more appropriate.
Moderators will sometimes edit messages from new members if they are not in accordance with the guidelines but after a few will just reject and let the sender try again. These edits will be to remove excess data and will not alter the post. We don't have to agree with you but you have the right to say what you wish. If you are not on moderated status, your post may be deleted from the website.
There is to be no flaming or attacking of other members. Better to all play nice in our little sandbox. No slandering of surgeons can be posted. You can describe problems you had but please don't curse the doctor or call him names. It takes away from the effect of your post when you let anger guide the post. Violating these two guidelines will result in your immediately going back on moderated status so that of all your posts have to be approved before being posted.
